I want to share the practices we do about the large impact that caused me and the good reception that is having with my students.
Consists of a visualization. People are in a comfortable and quiet. After a proper introduction, are told that massages their hands, each of your fingers, for all the things they allow to do: drawing, writing, painting, petting ... After a while, it puts attention to the legs, is invited to thank them all that they allow to do: walking, running, jumping, traveling, dancing...
With my students, I made a third area that was head and each of the senses, thanking all, enabling them to make and receive.
And I finished each of the areas (hands, legs, head and senses) saying "you are very lucky, you have "hands" and bring much happiness to your lives, people who have no hands."
I want to help you in your journey. A hug,
Irene
Irene
